2. Can we retain you for our staffing needs?

Yes.

3. What is your Finder's Fee ?

Our reasonable Finder's Fee for permanent position is 10%(Subject to Change) of position's annual salary.  

4. What is Replacement Guarantee ?

If you're not satisfied with our candidate you hired for permanent employment, and you decide to terminate within the first 3 months of his/her service - we shall find a suitable replacement within 2 months at no cost to you. If you decide not to hire the replacement individual - we shall REFUND the full Finder's Fee.
